In 2023, we asked for your feedback on how to improve Highbrook Crossing — the hub of Highbrook. You told us you wanted more variety, better shelter and seating, additional greenery, private spaces, and free parking.

While planning, we’ve already introduced some enhancements, including picnic tables, food trucks and 90 minutes free parking to make your time at Highbrook more enjoyable.

Now, we’re excited to announce that we’re moving forward with major upgrades!

Construction is underway to add a new eatery, amenities and office spaces on the ground level of the Quest building.

In addition, we’re creating an extended canopy and welcoming entrance to Highbrook Crossing. The Greenhouse canopy will offer a bright, sheltered space — perfect for lunch or a break, surrounded by a selection of eateries. With lush landscaping for privacy and a variety of seating options, it will be ideal for individuals and groups.

Starting this week, hoardings will go up around the ground level of Quest as we prepare for the opening of the new eatery and office spaces.

Work on the Greenhouse canopy and enhanced entrance will begin early 2025.
