We’re thrilled to welcome some big names to Highbrook’s newest facilities, including Stanley Black & Decker, Fackelmann, Viscount FCC, Chemist Warehouse, NZ Blood Service, pH7, Garmin.

These businesses have leased new facilities developed by Goodman, with the latter four buildings achieving a 6 Green Star Design Rating – meeting strict criteria across energy efficiency, water usage, materials selection, and indoor environment quality.

We’re attracting customers that prioritise sustainability as much as we do and the diversity of industries represented highlights the growing importance across all sectors.

Highbrook now has over 130 businesses and over 5,500 people working here.
